7202 Home Controller

All Cortexa systems utilize the Cortexa 7202 dedicated Home Controller for superior reliability.  Some home control systems are software based, running on a PC.  While PCs themselves are reliable, their susceptibility to viruses and malware do not make this an advisable solution for your home.

The Cortexa home control system may be used fully integrated with Microsoft Media Cener or stand alone, in either case you will enjoy all of the benefits of My Home for a more convenient, more efficient, and safer home.

The Cortexa 7202, installed in a structured wiring can or simply sitting on a shelf, ensures all of your home systems run flawlessly, all day, every day.  All systems come with our fully functional, yet ease to use software fully installed.

Unlike some of our competitors, we install our full software suite on every Cortexa controller and there are no additional licensing fees to pay when you add devices.  We strive to make the initial purchase and on-going expansion of your home control system straight forward and cost effective.  We want you to expand your system at will, not have to prioritize what and when to add devices based on paying additional license fees.

In addition to being a home controller, our system has an integrated web server and router.  See below for a full list of features of all Cortexa models.

The base model supports up to four sub-systems, e.g audio, lighting, climate and security.  If additional sub-systems are required, the –S models offer support for an additional four sub-systems.

Video does not require a sub-system port.  The Cortexa supports both analog and digital (IP) cameras.  All –V models include an integrated video server supporting up to four analog cameras.  Digital (IP) cameras are connected to a network port on a local area network switch and do not require the integrated video server.  Systems may contain both analog and digital (IP) cameras.

Select the Cortexa model that meets your needs.
